Sonali Patel

Sonali Patel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors of law. Currently serving as an E-Discovery Staff Attorney II at King & Spalding since August 2018, Sonali previously worked as a Tax Defense Attorney at JG Tax Group from July 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included advising individuals and small businesses on tax compliance and assisting in tax resolution. Prior experience also includes serving as In-House Counsel at CAOA, P.A., managing the Legal Department and handling a substantial caseload, and internships at the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida, gaining exposure to probate, guardianship, and trial processes. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law from St. Thomas University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Georgia State University.
