Stephen Vaughn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in high-profile law firms and government service. Currently serving as a Partner at King & Spalding since April 2019, Vaughn previously held the position of General Counsel at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative from January 2017 to April 2019. Vaughn also served as a Partner at King & Spalding for a brief period in 2016 and accumulated over two decades of legal practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 1992 to 2015.
