James Wooten

James Wooten is an experienced network engineer currently employed at King Technologies, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, James served as a cyber security analyst with Navy Blue Team San Diego from August 2017 to December 2020, focusing on assessing the security posture of naval networks and mitigating shipboard vulnerabilities. Additional experience includes an extensive tenure with the US Navy from December 2012 to December 2020, which included roles as an information systems technician and system administrator aboard the USS HARRY S TRUMAN. James possesses strong skills in MySQL Workbench and PowerShell, as well as significant proficiency in managing Windows Server environments and shipboard tactical systems. James is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science with an emphasis on Cyber Security at the California Institute of Applied Technology, expected to be completed in October 2025.
