Jesse Aclin

Jesse Aclin is a seasoned professional in the field of visual development and character design, currently serving as the Director of Visual Development at King since March 2023. Aclin's extensive freelance experience in character design spans over a decade, with contributions to major studios such as Sony Pictures Animation, Warner Bros. Animation, DreamWorks Animation, and Netflix, where Aclin worked as a character art director on a feature film. In addition to practical design work, Aclin has also shared expertise as a Character Design Teacher at the California Institute of the Arts from 2015 to 2023. Aclin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Toy Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed in 2005.
