Kate Laughrin

Kate Laughrin is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the gaming industry and consultancy. As Head of Operations for the Candy Franchise at King since September 2022, Kate has previously served as Senior Director and Head of Studio Operations for Candy Crush Soda Saga. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and various leadership positions at Metapraxis from May 2011 to August 2022. Kate's career also includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at Accenture and a Consultant at Ipsos MORI. With a degree in European Economics from the University of Kent and additional studies at Athens University of Economics and Business, Kate possesses a solid educational foundation that complements extensive professional experience.
