Luke West is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various high-tech fields. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at King since February 2022, Luke previously held a similar role at Samsung Electronics from September 2017 to February 2022, where projects included Low Power GPU development for Android and AI applications in Digital Television. Prior to this, Luke worked as a Software Engineer at the University of Oxford, contributing to a high-throughput scheduler for a supercomputer linked to the Square Kilometre Array radio telescope. Luke also led a team at Drilling Systems, maintaining and developing oil rig simulators, and spent a decade at the National Oceanography Centre, focusing on visualization and analysis for climate prediction projects.
