Xiaochen Guo

Xiaochen Guo is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at King since June 2019, Xiaochen leads three cross-functional teams focused on creating an internal developer platform to enhance application building efficiency within the organization. Prior to this role, Xiaochen was the Head of Engineering & IT at Planet of Finance, where leadership extended to overseeing a growing team and developing a unique digital financial passport application. Earlier experience includes various roles at Capgemini, ranging from E-Commerce Technical Leader to Software Engineer, with significant contributions to Amadeus' car rental solutions. Xiaochen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from INSA Toulouse.
