Falk K. is an accomplished leader in software engineering with extensive experience in managing large teams and strategic change initiatives. Currently serving as Software Engineering Chapter Lead at Kingfisher plc since August 2021, Falk oversees the largest chapter within Engineering, comprising over 300 members. Prior to this, Falk held several key positions at Landmark Information from November 2005 to August 2021, including Senior Software Development Manager, where responsibility encompassed a globally distributed engineering team of over 130 engineers. Falk has played a pivotal role in successfully transitioning teams to Agile methodologies and has led significant cloud-based projects supporting continuous delivery practices. Falk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Leeds.
