Jon Mckenna has over a decade of experience in service operations and management within the IT sector, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations & App Support at Kingfisher plc since February 2013. In this role, Jon oversees various functions, including Service Design, Introduction, Pre Production Environments, Release Scheduling, Change Management, and Service Continuity for the Kingfisher Group.
