Phil Measures has over two decades of experience in technical support and incident management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Wincor Nixdorf since August 2001. Phil's expertise includes managing incidents for Windows device refresh projects across multiple retail locations, as well as providing high-level support to over 2000 customers. With a strong background in team leadership roles, including a Technical Team Leader position at Diebold Nixdorf, Phil has honed skills in SLA monitoring, training, root cause analysis, and service improvement. In addition to extensive technical experience, Phil has a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth.
