Shaun Case

Shaun Case has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as an ESM Technical Specialist at Kingfisher IT Services since August 2007, where responsibilities include monitoring TWS batch processes, responding to alerts, and ensuring system availability within agreed SLAs. Prior to this, Shaun worked at Electronic Data Systems from July 1998 to July 2007 in various roles, including Operations Support Analyst and Senior Computer Operator, managing IBM OS/390 environments and providing 24-hour support for operational batch processes. Shaun's career began at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Computer Operator from July 1996 to June 1998. Education includes studies at Eastleigh Technical College and Henry Beaufort in Winchester.
