Erin Fleming

Erin Fleming is a seasoned People Systems, Analytics, and Reward leader with extensive experience in human resources and data analytics. They have held positions in various organizations, including Kao Corporation, where they lead people analytics and systems management, and TIBCO, where they served as a People Analytics Manager. Previously, Erin contributed to American Corporate Partners as an Operations Associate, facilitating mentorship programs for veterans, and worked as the Director of Recruitment at Veriant Solutions. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Saint John's University and briefly pursued a Master of Arts in Political Science at New York University.
