As part of one of the largest teaching hospitals in the UK we have a unique perspective when recruiting those who need to represent the best that the NHS and UK has to offer. We not only ensure that we match your staff requirements and expectations, we also ensure we match recruits to your values and beliefs; placing the patient at the centre of everything we do and only selecting the best candidates for you.

In the last 5 years we have recruited thousands of nurses for the UK and worldwide from both Europe and Asia. We have an extensive international network and database of nurses and allied health professionals developed over several years.
We work in partnership with clients to identify staffing needs and match these to our potential recruits. We fully brief candidates on your organisation and your values, ensuring we match not just skills but also mind sets. We work with you step by step, ensuring you are satisfied at every stage of the recruitment process.

Led by Michael Joyce, Althea D’Oyley-Bowen and team, with a combined NHS experience spanning 30 years, we intimately understand the needs of the NHS Trusts and the challenges we are all faced with in finding the very best staff. We have developed and honed our skills in international recruitment over several years, building up expertise and knowledge that can benefit other NHS organisations. Our motto is quality not quantity.

King's Commercial is listed as a preferred supplier with NHS Employers and have signed up to and practice against the WHO Standards of ethical recruitment of healthcare professionals. We work closely with all local authorises to ensure candidates are safeguarded and gain a positive experience when being deployed to the UK.
