Kingsbury & Partners is an independent, British-owned private and structured credit specialist. We originate and structure institutional-grade investment opportunities, providing professional and institutional investors with access to risk-adjusted private credit strategies. We focus exclusively on supporting non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) across the US, UK, Europe and, more recently, the GCC.

Through our private placement platform, we issue Credit Linked Notes to fund these opportunities. Our Corporate Finance division works directly with businesses and asset managers to design and execute debt placements that meet investor and market demands.

We work alongside a select number of businesses and asset managers in the role of placement agent—supporting them from initial structuring through to capital raise and secondary market access. Leveraging our distribution relationships with private banks, external asset managers, single family offices, wealth managers, investment platforms, and custodians, we ensure their offerings reach the right investors, in the right jurisdictions, under the right structures.
