Lance McElreath has a strong background in sales and sales operations. Lance began their career in 1995 as VP of Sales at Simmons Company, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as President/Owner of Mattress Pro. In 2007, McElreath joined Spring Air as VP of Sales for one year. Since 2010, they have been with Kingsdown, Inc./Sleep to Live, where they hold the position of VP of Sales and Sales Operations.
Lance McElreath attended Texas State University from 1985 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor from 1982 to 1984, where they also studied Business. Lance completed their high school education at Brenham High School from 1979 to 1982, focusing on General studies.
