Crystal W. is an experienced sales and project management professional with a strong background in account management and litigation support. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Kingsoft Cloud since March 2020, Crystal focuses on account and sales management for Cloud/CDN clients while facilitating cross-functional communications. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Account Manager at LAW OFFICE OF GLYN E LEWIS PLLC, leading litigation cases and conducting marketing analysis from September 2012 to March 2020. Crystal also held project management positions at Advanced Industry Computer and ChinaCache, overseeing project development and team coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Project Management from Université du Québec en Outaouais and a Bachelor's degree in electronic and information technology from Beijing Jiaotong University.
