Henry He

Henry Henry is currently an Executive Director of the Board and Chief Financial Officer at Kingsoft Cloud, a leading independent cloud company in China. They also serve as an Independent Director of the Board at Medbanks, a medical technology and health management company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Previously, Henry was an Executive Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Goldman Sachs from 2015 to 2020 and held the position of Vice President in Global Markets at Citigroup from 2010 to 2013. Henry obtained an MBA in Analytic Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business and completed executive education as a Certified Investment Management Analyst at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
