In an area covering the North East and Yorkshire, we work for over 200 clients. Our developments range in size from as small as four units to as large as 200 units. We are committed to making our business more efficient, accountable and customer-focused.

To generate pride in our communities, our profits go back into our not-for-profit parent company, Bernicia Group, to improve and ultimately, help transform our region. Bernicia provide a range of social and commercial property management and maintenance services to over 30,000 households throughout the North East of England.
