Kingston Rowing Club is based in Canbury Gardens, in the Canbury Boathouse. Established in 1858, Kingston has a rich history of high-performance rowing.

It offers an unbeatable combination of good facilities, expert coaching, and a fantastic community atmosphere. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment that makes training both fun and rewarding.

One of the club’s greatest assets is its stunning stretch of the River Thames—widely regarded as one of the best in the country. Rowers enjoy smooth, sheltered waters that are perfect for training, surrounded by beautiful parkland and historic landmarks, including a UNESCO World Heritage site at Hampton Court Palace. This incredible setting, combined with excellent equipment and dedicated coaches, makes every session a joy.

Whether you're looking to compete or simply enjoy rowing in a breathtaking and friendly setting, Kingston RC is the perfect place to be!

Kingston Rowing Club caters to people of all abilities, from Lear-to-Row and novice development to international standards.
