Youca Shell

Youca Shell is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Staff Registered Nurse at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center since September 2017, Youca also works as an RN Case Coordinator for The Kingstree Group. Previous roles include Registered Nurse at Novant Health Matthews Children's Clinic and Novant Health, Medical Assistant at Premier Health Care, and supervisory positions in home care and health services. Youca holds an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Diploma in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Central Piedmont Community College, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
