Anna Gontarek

Anna Gontarek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. From 2017 to 2021, Anna served as an HR Specialist at Garden of Words, where they managed recruitment processes and employee documentation. Prior to that, Anna worked at Poczta Polska S.A. in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and HR Development Specialist, focusing on training projects and compensation policies. Currently, Anna is employed at Kinguin as a People Partnering & Recruitment Manager, overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing HR support to managers and employees. Anna holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS and a postgraduate degree in Career Counseling and Coaching from SGH Warsaw.
