Marcin Witkowski

Marcin Witkowski is the Head of Customer Care, with a substantial background in customer service roles. They previously held various positions at Alior Bank S.A., including Senior Specialist in Customer Service and Monitoring Remote Processes. Marcin also served as the Customer Service Team Leader and later as Head of Customer Support at Kinguin. With a Master's degree in Marketing and Market Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie, they bring a strong educational foundation to their leadership role.
