Michał Figas

Michał Figas has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as the VP of AI & Automated Solutions at Kinguin since July 2015, after holding various positions including VP of Customer Service & Fraud and Head of Fraud Risk Management. Michał also has a background in graphic design as a freelance graphic designer since 2003. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online and a Master of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Arts in Poznań. Michał completed secondary education at I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Karola Marcinkowskiego w Poznań.
