Chris Ward

Chris Ward is currently the Group Finance Director at Kinly, a position held since 2024. Previously, Chris held various significant roles, including Group Finance Director at R3, where they prepared a five-year business plan and restructured the global finance team. With experience as CFO of North America at NTT Security, Chris steered the region back to profitability while managing finances for a $35 million turnover. Additionally, Chris has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Electrosonic Group Limited, transforming the organization into a services-led model. They are pursuing a B.Sc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and are a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
