Lynn Beaty

Lynn Beaty is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at Kinly since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at DX (Group) plc, where Lynn progressed from HR Shared Services Manager to Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to areas such as structured absence management and implementing regular HR meetings. Prior to DX, Lynn worked at Toys R Us UK as an HR Officer, and at Lindt & Sprungli, also as an HR Officer, focusing on recruitment and advising line managers on employment policies. Lynn began a career in HR at Pfizer as an HR Administrator. Lynn holds a BA Hons in Human Resources from the University of West London, completed in 2004.
