Mike Wells

Mike Wells has extensive experience in project management and sales coordination, currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Kinly since February 2020. Prior to this role, Mike worked at AVMI for over four years, where responsibilities increased to include business development and training. Previous positions include Works Planner and Communications Coordinator at Kier Group, Department Manager at Challenge Your Charges Ltd, and Marketing and Facilities Administrator at AirCraft Circus. Early career experiences encompass roles in sales assistance and facilities management. Mike holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, along with a strong foundation in education from the Royal Hospital School and Helena Romanes School.
