Keith Grafmeyer is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Kinomatic since June 2024, Keith oversees the development of a virtual reality surgical planning platform for total hip and knee arthroplasty. Prior to this role, Keith co-founded VisionAir Solutions, where innovation in patient-specific airway management systems was prioritized, and achieved FDA 510(k) clearance for individualized tracheobronchial stents. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Custom Orthopaedic Solutions, an Innovation Intern at Mass General Brigham Innovation, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
