Shaun Lea is the Chief Executive Officer of Kinomatic, a company founded in 2021 to offer orthopedic surgical planning solutions. They launched a VR-based surgical planner in 2022 and have partnered with over 20 orthopedic practices and independent surgeons across the United States, achieving 100% year-over-year growth in 2023 and 2024. They are the Founder & CEO of Concierge Anesthesia & ASC Management, providing turnkey ASC development and anesthesia staffing in California since 2012, and since 2016 have built four brand-new ASCs and currently provide ongoing management to three. They were Co-Founder & CEO of Nanoknee from 2018 to 2021. They earned a Master of Science from Georgetown University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Southern California in 2007.
