Héctor P.

Héctor P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Héctor co-founded KinPOS Corporation in 2008 and currently holds the positions of Cofounder & CIO as well as Chief Information Officer. Before this, they also served as the Cofounder & CTO of the same company from 2008 until September 2021.

Prior to their time at KinPOS Corporation, Héctor co-founded iPG Group Ltda. in 2007 and held the position of CEO until 2010.

Héctor also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Hypercom Latino America from 2003 to 2006 and at Hypernet de Colombia, Ltda. from 2000 to 2003. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Hypercom de Colombia, E.U. from 1998 to 2000.

Héctor's earliest work experience was as an Auxiliar Bachiller at POLICIA NACIONAL DE COLOMBIA from 1995 to 1996.

Héctor P. studied at Universidad Manuela Beltran from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Ingeniería de sistemas. Before that, they attended Escuela Tecnológica Instituto Técnico Central from 1990 to 1995, where they completed both high school and a technician program in Systems. Héctor'sfield of study during this period was Tecnología informática/Tecnología de sistemas informáticos.
