Benoît Nicloux

Benoît Nicloux is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across military and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the Country Security Department at Kinross Gold Corporation since January 2021, Benoît manages security operations for multiple locations while maintaining relationships with local public security actors. Prior to this role, Benoît held positions as Corporate Security Director at ORTEC Group, Director for Security Plans at NATO Headquarters Naples, and Branch Head for Operations Synchronization at the Ministry of Armed Forces - Joint Defense Staff. With a solid background in security management and project management, complemented by military experience in the French Army and NATO operational planning, Benoît holds a Master 1 in Public Management and a Master 2 in Management, Command and Strategy from prestigious military institutions.
