Doug Heimgartner

Doug Heimgartner is an experienced information technology professional with a demonstrated history of supporting complex communications and dispatch systems in the mining industry. Currently serving as an Information Technology Supervisor at Kinross Gold Corporation since May 2015, Doug has previously held roles such as IT Specialist and Communications Department Supervisor, managing systems including Jigsaw, Thunderbird, and Motorola MotoTrbo. Prior experience includes working as a Dispatch Engineer and Radio Technician at Barrick Gold Corporation, where Doug was responsible for the installation and maintenance of radio communications and monitoring systems. Earlier in their career, Doug worked as a Network Systems Specialist at National Product Sales, focusing on the design and troubleshooting of network systems.
