Randy Taylor

Randy Taylor is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Deputy Maintenance Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation since August 2014. Previously, Randy held roles such as Maintenance Superintendent at Newcrest Mining and African Barrick Gold, overseeing critical mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work. Prior experience includes positions at Rio Tinto, where responsibility encompassed Process Plant, Power Generation, and infrastructure maintenance, as well as serving as Senior Maintenance Planner at Barrick Gold Corporation. Randy's career began at Newmont Mining Corporation, where progressive roles included Senior Maintenance Supervisor, covering various plants and equipment. Randy holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Great Basin College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
