Shane Parrow

Shane Parrow serves as the Vice President & Deputy General Manager at Kinross Gold Corporation since October 2022, where significant improvements in cash flow and return on investment have been achieved over Feasibility Studies schedules. Previously, Shane held the position of General Manager at Florida Canyon Mining, Inc., overseeing all site departments with 270 employees and a $100M operating budget. Experience also includes roles at Sibanye-Stillwater as Mine Support Manager, managing various support operations and budgets, and extensive positions at Barrick Gold Corporation, Montana Tech, Elkhorn Goldfields, Signal Peak Energy, Newmont Mining Corporation, and Encana Corporation. Shane holds a BS and MS in Mining Engineering from Montana Technological University.
