Stephen Allen

Stephen Allen has 34 years of extensive experience in deep levels mining, having held various roles including Shiftboss, Mine Overseer, Section Manager, Risk Manager, Relieving Mine Manager, and Acting General Manager. From 2010 to 2023, they served as Mining Risk Manager at Harmony Gold, specializing in risk management, rock engineering, environment engineering, and production management. Currently, Stephen is involved with Kinross Gold Corporation as Vice President Operations. They hold a National Higher Diploma in Mining Engineering from Witwatersrand Technikon and completed further studies at the University of Pretoria from 2022 to 2023.
