Brad Johnson has had a diverse range of professional experiences. Brad began their career as a Sales Manager at Great Lakes Windows in 2004. Brad then transitioned to Wausau Supply in 2005, where they worked as a Territory Manager for three years. In 2008, they moved to Sepracor Pharmaceuticals, taking on the role of an Account Executive until 2009. Brad then held a position as an Account Executive at sanofi-aventis for a few months before joining GHP - Independent Pharmaceutical Sales as a Territory Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2010, Brad started working at QPS Employment Group, first as an Account Executive and later as a Senior Account Executive until April 2023. Brad then became the President at ABR Employment Services and Kinsa Group in May 2023, where they currently hold these positions.

Brad Johnson attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing.
