Gary Sprague is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kinship, a start-up dedicated to the digital transformation of the building design and construction industry since 2018. With a strong background in operations, finance, and business development, Gary has previously held key roles at Investors' Circle, Root Capital, RSF Social Finance, and co-founded Andekan, where strategic operations and industry solutions for the AEC sector were developed. Gary's consulting work focused on creating impactful operational systems for entrepreneurs and social enterprises. Gary holds a B.A. in Africana Studies, Portuguese, and Brazilian Studies from Brown University.
