KINSPACE is an experiential company all about people. An underrepresented collective of diverse identities, lived experiences, and rights-based intelligence, known for challenging the status quo.

As systemic cultural change partner to Fortune 500 companies, multinational organisations, and UN agencies across Asia Pacific, North America and Europe, we help address bias and remove barriers within their talent, customer and product life cycles.

Using our intel tools, leaders and teams broaden their perspectives to include people from underrepresented, underserved and unserved groups. It’s these missing perspectives that compel decision-makers to increase their risk appetites and take positive action.

Our rights-based intelligence informs sustainable pathways to progress systemic cultural change across the enterprise. Supported by the continuous monitoring, evaluating and measuring the collective impact of their investment.
