Daniel Peter is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Managing Associate and Head of the Employment Practice at Kinstellar Budapest since November 2018, following a progression from Attorney at Law to Senior Associate. Prior to joining Kinstellar, Daniel held the position of Senior at EY (Vámosi-Nagy Ernst&Young Ügyvédi Iroda) from July 2016 to November 2018 and gained experience as a Junior Associate at bpv JÁDI NÉMETH Attorneys at Law from January 2013 to June 2016. Daniel Peter earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Károli Gáspár University, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2012.

The creation of Kinstellar, in November 2008 from the Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest and Prague offices of Linklaters, launched a new era in the legal world of Emerging Europe.
