Maksym Tesliar

Maksym Tesliar is the Head of Employment & Labour Law at Kinstellar, where they lead the practice in Ukraine, providing guidance to global and domestic companies on complex workforce, immigration, and military law issues. With over a decade of experience, they have a proven track record of helping businesses navigate regulatory changes and manage risk in challenging environments, including during martial law. Prior to Kinstellar, Maksym worked as a Senior Associate at DLA Piper and as a Consultant at EY in their People Advisory Services. Maksym is currently pursuing both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
