Svilen Issaev is currently Counsel and Head of Sofia Banking & Finance, as well as Firm-wide Co-head of Restructuring & Insolvency service lines at Kinstellar. With a background that includes serving as a Senior Associate at Wolf Theiss from 2011 to 2014 and as an Associate at DLA Piper from 2008 to 2010, Svilen has extensive legal experience. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Social Medicine and Organization of Health Care and Pharmacy from the Faculty of Public Health, Medical University - Sofia, and have further specializations in the organization and economics of pharmaceutical production, along with master’s degrees in Economics and Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
