Nicole Eley is the current Head of Customer Success at Kinteract. Nicole has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and account management. Prior to joining Kinteract, Nicole was the UK Account Manager at Impero Software from February 2017 to May 2020. Nicole has also held positions at Datatank Ltd as Business Development Manager from June 2013 to January 2017, Wallwood Independent as Financial Administrator from January 2012 to March 2013, East Midlands Trains as Prosecutions Officer from May 2010 to August 2011, and Next Group PLC as Office Manager from October 2005 to December 2009.
They work with Alex Edmunds - Business Development Manager, Phil Redhead - Director of Education & Innovation, and Kajal Patel - Marketing & Design Manager. Nicole Eley reports to Jamie Southerington, MD & Commercial Director.
