Phil Redhead is the Director of Education & Innovation at Kinteract. Prior to this, they served as the Education Technology Lead at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked on Exponential technologies, Public and private education transformation, E-learning strategy, Disruptive education models, Online, blended and hybrid learning, Future of work, Digital acceleration, and Digital transformation. Phil has also served as the Head of Digital Education Strategy at GEMS Education, where they led the ideation and visualization of plans for continuity of learning in the event of school closures. This work helped to ensure GEMS schools were well prepared for the subsequent COVID-19 pandemic and move to remote learning. Phil has also served as a Director of Strategy: Future Gate at Tatweer Educational Technologies (TETCO) and as a Director Of Curriculum Development, IT & Innovation at GEMS Royal Dubai School.
Phil Redhead's educational career began with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Manchester. Phil then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA from York St. John University. After that, they completed an MSc in Educational Leadership and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Next, they earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Education QTS; Southampton Teachers' Association Prize from the University of Southampton. Phil also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law, York. Additionally, they have earned a Leading Edge Certificate in Online and Blended Teaching from Computer Users in Education (CUE) as well as a Digital Leadership Program from Broadie Associates UK.
Phil Redhead reports to Jamie Southerington, MD & Commercial Director. They are on a team with Alex Edmunds - Business Development Manager, Patrick Mainprize - Head of Education, and Nicole Eley - Head of Customer Success.
