Eric Swartz

Eric Swartz serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel at Kintsu since December 2025 and is an Alumni Advisory Board Member at Rutgers Business School Blockchain Hub since February 2023. Previously, Eric held positions as General Counsel at Framework Ventures and Partner and Head of web3 at Sterlington. Eric's experience includes serving as Vice Chair of Lowenstein Crypto and founding the Crypto Innovators Podcast at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, along with roles as an Alternative Investment Attorney at Susquehanna International Group and Transaction Advisory Group Counsel at Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Eric began legal career as a Private Equity Group Associate at Goodwin and completed a Legal Internship at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Eric earned a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Philosophy and History from Rutgers University.
