Michael Fritz

Founder at Kintsugi Ventures

Michael Fritz has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2006. In 2006, they began their career as an Analyst at GE Energy. Michael then worked as a Senior Associate at The Parthenon Group from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Associate at Excel Venture Management, where they sourced and led a Series B investment in ClearDATA Networks. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Founder of Groove Technologies, Inc., where they focused on technology and automation. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder of Kintsugi Ventures. In 2020, they became the Director of the Network Medicine Institute and established US operations for the Institute. Michael also supported high priority projects such as the COVID-19 Global Drug Repurposing Study. Since 2019, they have been the Founder of TalentList.ai, where they focus on Outbound Recruiting.

Michael Fritz completed their BA in Engineering modified with Economics from Dartmouth College in 2007. Michael also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2006 and the University of Otago in 2005. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Decision Making in Avalanche Terrain from the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE).
