Kinu is Nottingham’s first limitless fine dining experience – a bold new concept where Japanese and Asian-inspired small plates meet luxury, creativity, and indulgence without limits.

Opening in 2025 on the iconic Low Pavement, Kinu is here to take you on an unforgettable journey for the senses. Step into a moody, opulent space where modern sophistication meets warm, genuine hospitality.

Our “limitless dining” concept means you can enjoy a continuous flow of small plates, ordered in rounds, so you can savour variety, discover new flavours, and revisit your favourites – all in one sitting.

The menu celebrates the artistry and precision of Japanese cooking, blended with exciting Asian influences. From delicate dumplings and sizzling robata-grilled meats to aromatic curries and vibrant vegetarian creations, every dish is prepared with care and presented beautifully.

To match the food, our drinks list is just as considered – bespoke cocktails, premium sake, fine wines, and rare spirits that elevate the experience from start to finish.

Kinu is more than a restaurant – it’s a place for celebration, connection, and discovery. Whether it’s date night, a catch-up with friends, or a night of culinary exploration, every visit is designed to be as memorable as it is delicious.

Behind it all is a team who share a passion for excellence, creativity, and genuine hospitality. From the kitchen to the floor, every detail matters – because at Kinu, quality, consistency, and care are at the heart of everything we do.
