Rick Rainho

Rick Rainho is the Chief Compliance Officer at Kinum. Rick has over fifteen years of experience in management and operations, specifically in the collections industry. Rick began their career in October 2004 as the Vice President of Operations for Transworld Systems. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Central Collection Division with an annual budget of $10MM+. Rick was also responsible for communications with clients, goal-setting, batch reports, audit responses, account issues, Information Technology (IT) issues and any other issues that were communicated to and from the client. In addition, they oversaw multiple or large projects with up to 100+ employees.

In August 2012, Rick left Transworld Systems to become the Chief Compliance Officer at Kinum. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring compliance of all collection practices as well as any HIPAA and labor functions. Rick is also responsible for growing the Recovery rate while reducing costs. Rick oversees all day-to-day operations including team building, leadership development, coaching, accounts receivable, P&L management, process improvement, strategic planning, conflict management, budget implementation, client relations and retention.

Rick Rainho received their undergraduate degree in business administration with a focus in finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Rick then went on to earn their BS from the University of Massachusetts in business administration/finance.
