Layne Kaufman

Layne Kaufman has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to business development, sports performance, and sales.

Starting in 1996, Layne co-founded Electric Coach - Sport Specific Science, a company that focused on baseline testing protocols for concussions and developed software programs to track and analyze athletes' workloads.

In 1999, Layne joined Fidelity Investments as a Senior Business Development Executive, where they managed a team and provided information about retirement accounts to prospective clients.

From 2003 to 2007, Layne served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Manchester Monarchs American Hockey League.

In 2005, Layne became the Territory Sales Manager for Life Fitness, and later worked as the Regional Sales Manager until 2013.

In 2008, Layne also served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Florida Atlantic University.

From 2013 to 2018, Layne worked at AthleteMonitoring.com, where they held multiple roles including National Sales Manager and Senior Business Development Executive. Layne managed a team, onboarded new clients, and utilized data analytics to optimize athletic performance and reduce injury risk.

During their time at STATSports from 2018 to 2020, Layne worked as a Business Development Manager.

From 2018 to 2023, Layne served as the President and Director of Sports Performance & Business Development at HIT 365, where they oversaw sports performance and business development operations.

In 2023, Layne joined Iterpro as a Business Development Executive, working on a full-stack sports management solution called "Iterpro Intelligence."

Currently, Layne is working as the US Business Development Manager at KINVENT.

Layne Kaufman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Springfield College. They also pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kentucky. In addition to their academic qualifications, Layne Kaufman has obtained certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist from the Medical Sales College. Furthermore, Layne Kaufman has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.
