Our mission is to hold space to uncover the sacred and practice radical care for ourselves, each other, and the world.

At Second Breath Center, we offer a variety of programs and workshops that invite individuals and groups into intentional moments of meditation, reflection, and growth. Our seasonal offerings are offered in the spring and fall, providing opportunities for personal and collective transformation.

In addition to our regular programming, we specialize in creating customized experiences tailored to the unique needs of organizations, companies, and teams. Supporting employee well-being and enhancing wellness programs, we collaborate with businesses to foster a culture of mindfulness, resilience, and care in the workplace.

Whether you're looking for a group retreat, team-building session, or ongoing wellness initiatives, we’re here to help create transformative experiences that support the holistic health of your people and organization.
