Kinyu SCM is a supply chain Employer of Record in China with its flagship service: The China Desk.

The China Desk is a middle solution between outsourcing your China Management to a supply chain company, and costly route of setting up your own entity in China.

1. We are where supply chain and HR meets.

2. We are the only Supply chain and China focused Employer of Record (EOR). We believe that an EOR should do more than just the paperwork.

3. We focus on Product, Manufacturing, Supply Chain positions.

The China Desk provides 3 core functions:

Supply Chain HR: employment of Supply Chain personnel compliant to Chinese labour laws.

Management: a layer of management to optimize your employee relations on the ground, make sure they have all the tools, resources and office infrastructure they need to do their job.

Advisory: We also provide a built in consultancy to your China operations, identify areas of improvement and connect you with strategic resources on the ground.
China Desk clients get the benefits of a full office infrastructure on the ground, but without the fixed costs of operating an entity. Our built in management means the client only needs to hire the project personnel. No need for senior management/accounting/HR.

The China Desk is suitable for:

Companies with supply chains in China, but no official team on the ground.
Companies who want to have their own employee – a real extension of their own team.
Companies who want their own personnel, but not necessarily full time.
Companies who have a sourcing office in China, but are downsizing and are looking to save costs.
