Michael Lorey

Michael Lorey is currently a Learning Partner for the EMEA Region at KION Group, where they apply their expertise in psychology. With a Master's degree in Psychology from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and experience as a Global Learning Specialist at KION Group, Michael has developed a strong foundation in human resources and organizational development. Prior to their current role, they held various positions, including Working Student in HR at SENS, and Intern positions focused on talent management and human resources development at Continental and Linde Material Handling. Michael also completed an Erasmus Exchange Semester in Psychology at Universitat de les Illes Balears and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
